Town festival and the Germany soccer game

This little town was really hopping today as they got ready for the weekend-ling town festival, along with watching the Germany-Greece soccer game, leading the to European championship in a week or so.  They started setting up in the town square early in the morning.  The soccer game was broadcast on two big screens, as the streets were closed down in town.  Germany beat Greece 4-2 and they are still celebrating outside half an hour later.

I finished my class today!  It went well.  I give the final exam on Monday morning.

And ... the ceiling of the baroque church at the castle.  Amazing that such a work of art is found in just this little town.  The castle is the seat of the medieval Knights of the Teutonic Order.

Fat babies everywhere!  (I guess you call them cherubs)!
